No - each quote is tailored to the clients needs and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer looking for AV rental would get in touch with our team via email or by phone. We would then follow up with a quick informational session to come up with a scope of work. Once the scope of work is agreed upon we then send a quote and work with the client to make sure it meets their needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for 30+ years. Our tech's have many many years of experience working on shows and with professionals on a daily basis.
