Absolutely loved my yoga classes with Trisha. Her background in dance added so much to the flow of the class. In addition her personality makes for a fun and relaxed atmosphere.May 29, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? In home private yoga classes are a luxury service. I cater the class completely to the clients needs and goals. I'm happy to come to the clients home or the client can book an in-studio private. Pricing is based on a few things: Number of people, length of class and location of the class.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After talking with the client to set up a time and date I will send an intake form for the client to fill out before we meet. This allows me to get to know a little bit about them and their yoga practice goals. The first session includes a well rounded yoga practice that helps us both identify and hone in on a more tailored practice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?E-RYT 500, registered with Yoga Alliance. 12 years teaching experience in a variety of fields to diverse populations, 15 years involvement with organizations focused on health and wellness. Trisha's interest and dedication to multiple movement-based arts is what provides fresh insight that inspires her teaching. She teaches modern vinyasa yoga and restorative yoga.
