Chris helped me with full body massage once & and another time with legs-only massage. Overall I had a great experience, both the times. I got my legs massaged before my full marathon, as I was experiencing IT band issue before race & was worried abt the race, but Chris helped me with that 7 was able to run my race strong. Chris is a skilled professional who took the time to find out what areas I needed to have worked on and addressed each area during the massage. He made me feel comfortable and pampered:-). We also discussed future massage and reflexology techniques that will be helpful at our next session. I will definitely come back to him and feel comfortable recommending him to others. Also, he was very reasonably priced compared to other massage experiences I've had.
