Becca knows how to get me to get the most out of my workouts. First, she knows what I can and should do, even at my age. She helped me regain my strength after moving to CO and again after major surgery. Also,, she helped me stay focused on meal plan ideas and continued fitness in my 50s. AND she knows how challenging it is to feel intimidated by gym regulars while trying to grow but she won't let you loose site of your own goals.

I have received personal training sessions with Becca for over a year and a half. She has consistently pushed me as hard as I desire. I am leaner, stronger, and in the best shape of my life (after having two kids). I have to put in the work, but she helps me develop and adjust my plan to meet my goals. Becca is very motivating and fun!

Rebecca worked with both my wife and I twice a week for almost 3 years. We're 45, and were new to the fitness scene. Since starting with Rebecca, we each lost over 20 pounds and have gained leaned muscle mass. I'm down to a pants size that I haven't seen for over 20 years! No shortcuts. No gimmicks. No fad diets. I have worked with several personal trainers over the years, and Becca is absolutely amazing! She truly customizes everything to your specific goals, and explains things so that you really gain a better understanding of how your body works and how to apply that knowledge outside of sessions. I am so happy with the progress I have made working with her, which has helped me both with my overall fitness and specifically improving my performance and avoiding injury as a professional dancer, .
