Nick has been an excellent personal trainer for me. He works with me to give me the best workout. He explains the workouts well and answers any questions I may have. He never makes me feel intimidated and always keeps me motivated.

Nick is a fantastic trainer... he is attentive and knows his stuff. I am a student of fitness and have played sports at every level and I'd put Nick right at the top in quality with the best I've trained with over the years.

I have been working with Nick Chaltry as a personal trainer. Most recently, we have worked on setting exercising goals, developing an effective caloric intake, and he has provided me with support to meet my goals postpartum. I have seen great results. In the last two months, I have lost 7 pounds, dropped 5.2% body fat, and gained 4 lbs. of muscle. I would highly recommend him for any personal training needs.

Nick is a fantastic trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable in many areas of fitness especially nutrition and weightlifting. He has helped me personally achieve many goals such as weight loss. He is friendly, easy to talk to, and encourages you even when you want to give up!

Over the past years I prided myself on being active, but it wasn’t until I was introduced to Nick, that I fully understood that exercising is only one component of living a healthy life style. Nick has helped me not only transform my body, but transform my eating habits. He has taught me various exercise movements and the purpose behind each one. Within the last year, he has also helped me to quit smoking, which has made a tremendous impact on my workout routines. Nick has the ability to modify any exercise for any individual. For example, when I injured my wrists last fall, he was able to change workouts to fit my needs. Nick also has helped me in goal setting and reaching those goals. Things I once thought were impossible are now goals I have reached because of this trainer. Nick is very personable and was able to make me feel comfortable immediately. He makes me strive every day to become a better me.
