- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not every session falls into a cookie cutter mold and I understand that not every client has the same need. I am almost always willing to work with a client to appropriately provide them with the best deal at a competitive rate. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically with a new client I like to exchange a few emails or messages back and forth to set up the parameters for a project. Following with a phone call to complete any final details and to get to know the clients vision a little better. A. Basic Portrait or Family sessions, we set up a time and location. B. Headshots and Newborn are arranged to be in home or a studio session. C. Wedding and Commercial, we would arrange for a face-to-face meeting or Skype call to set up. Drawing up a final contract and signing for the agreement Finally, the day of, capturing the moments near and dear to the assignment!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
• Two years basic study of Computer Graphic Arts at Woodstown High School with additional study in fine arts. • An Associates in Applied Science in Computer Graphic Arts (Print Design Option). • Participant in multiple online communities on continual education of both Digital Photography and Graphic Arts.
