- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is normally at a flat rate amount. However, there are exceptions based on event. A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required at booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A 30-minute consultation is scheduled to discuss the event and agree on date, time, fees and any additional information needed in order to book personal chef services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received training at the University of South Carolina's Culinary Institute and various restaurants throughout Columbia, SC.
