Introduction: I am a RYT 200 in Vinyasa flow and trained in Swing Yoga through Pink Lotus Yoga Center. I have also attained certifications through YogaU in Yoga TLC for Back, Shoulders and Neck and Yoga for Lymphatic Health: Building Psychic and Physical Immunity. I specialize in ways to incorporate yoga remedies for common ailments like hot flashes, insomnia, sugar cravings, wrinkles, depression, anxiety, cellulite, arthritis, migraines, shin splints, tension, PMS, vertigo and much more.
I love to make a safe and comfortable space for anyone and every BODY. I came to yoga broken with anxiety and every day stresses and can now thank God and yoga for where I am today. I work at a Doctor's office by day and teach and assist yoga by night. Connecting your body to your soul makes a tremendous difference in an every day life. Learning to breathe and use poses to lengthen and strengthen. Swing yoga is a MAJOR decompressor when it comes to lengthening. Gravity is a great friend in a swing class! You will use most mat-yoga poses on the floor, in the air or upside down! All yoga is fun and I am here to spread that love and experience!
