I would highly recommend Julius and Sharon Washington. They were always responsive to any and all questions and issues that we had. We started working with Julius months before the house went up on the market. Due to personal circumstances we had to delay the sale of the house. During this process and the eternal delay of the closing after the sale, Julius and Sharon were our rock of reason. Their calm and professional attitude kept us from jumping of the ledge!! They ALWAYS were responsive to our calls. And due to their diligent efforts, our house sold very quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES.

Everything about my experience with Julius Washington was positive and professional. He definitely made the home buying process manageable and answered any questions I had promptly. He was easily reachable by phone or email and let me know exactly what I needed to provide to make the process run smoothly. When looking for a house, he took everything I wanted into consideration and encouraged my children to participate in the process of selecting a house with me. Once I selected him as my realtor, he coordinated everything else and the process was fairly quick and easy. I would highly recommend him to anyone thinking about buying or selling a house.

Buying a home for the first time can be intimidating ,mostly from lack of knowledge . So not only was the Washington team our realtors , they also keep us informed and educated on the house buying process. Overall my husband and I are very impressed at how Mr & Mrs Washington went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our house buying experience was smooth sailing . Even after our closing they continued to assist us with any questions. I recommend them to everyone looking to buy a home .
