- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is categorized in 4-8 week plans generally with a weekly, bi weekly payment system. Longer contract plans for athletes or long term clients are negotiated based on duration of training, frequency and overall goals. I am results oriented, but results come on many forms, our outcome desires a doctor expectations are set during the consultation process. Any unsatisfactory service, emergency cancellations, or service issues will be addressed on a solution oriented case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer is to get a feel for the clients needs, and build a healthy rapport through the consultation process. Once we have agreed on a course of action we set the sail to achieving the goals stated by the client and trainer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in personal training is well rounded. Personal experience of being in sports for 30 years, Military Training as a Soldier/Contractor, and a degree in Fitness gave me a rare solid foundation. I have also attended numerous Fitness and sports camps as a youth and an adult as well as playing basketball on the semi professional level. Most recently adding a Fitness Coaching Specialist Certificate for specialized training as well. I have much to offer in this field as I relate to all walks of life.
