I can also find other contractors in the area to do larger work, vet them for experience and price, and manage the project for appropriate historical treatment and any unforeseen challenges that may arise.
I really appreciate getting to see so many examples of our community's built history. I want to encourage homeowners to learn to recognize issues and be able to care for their homes so that these structures and their historic details are not lost.
