FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For each potential client, I offer a free fitness consultation. The purpose of the consultation is to collect data that will help me determine my client's fitness level. We will perform a few fitness assessments in order to collect this data, so think of it as a free workout that helps me understand where your starting point is. To wrap up the consultation we will determine a regular schedule, then I will introduce my client to their Virtuagym profile. There they can see their complete program, track their progress, and log their nutrition. Once the client understands how to use the software and what is expected of them, I help them establish S.M.A.R.T. goals so we can work through the program with a sense of direction instead of blindly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently studying Kinesiology at Sam Houston State University and I will be graduating May 2018. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE).
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitors, amateur MMA fighters, older populations (50-60, 60+), and beginners.
