- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are never afraid to advertise our prices. Upfront and Transparent just like our customers have come to expect from us. We do have variable fees on our delivery service which is based on location and set up time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask a few questions to help us with suggestions. Here are a few questions we may ask... Type of event, number of guests expected, location and type of product desired. We will follow up with suggestions and pricing for consideration. We regularly provide photos by email or text to allow for a better vision of our products.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in the music industry for about 25 plus years. Our family has always had a love for music and have participated in numerous bands along the way. As a business, we have attended numerous conferences in an effort to improve our products and services.
