Yoga classes by Carmen are wonderful. She gives very specific instructions about all poses and makes sure you feel confortable all the time. I have attended several of her classes and all have been a great experience. Afterwars you feel so relaxed but at the same time you feel how you really worked out your body. Totally recomend her.
