Gigi pushes me to become the best version of myself. I usually under perform in my sets and set the lowest standard for my goals, thinking they’re realistic and anything higher isn’t. But she helped me accomplish a lot more in not only weight loss, but self discipline with my weights and sets. I came into personal training completely underestimating it; I thought I knew everything and knew what my goals were. Gigi helped me through my stubborness in knowing it all and actually taught me so much and completely changed my view on weight training and personal training as a whole. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer private one-on-one personal training OR online coaching where I will write out your entire program and you will follow it. For online clients you will check in with me on a weekly basis, changes are made according to how you're progressing and what is needed in order to reach your goals. I also do a combination package that includes Private one-on-one training AND nutrition to go along with it. Whatever you need I can create a plan that works for you! Whether that be just training alone or just diet alone or both.... I can create a plan that works with you and your daily schedule DISCOUNTS are available and are given on a case basis:)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to speak to all my clients over the phone or if they are I the area I am happy to meet with them. We will go over your goals and expectations, as well as do a few tests to see where you are currently with your strength and endurance level. After we go through all that then we will go over what you need in order to get you to the next level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In addition to a BS and and MBA I hold a Certified Personal Trainer certification from ISSA, NASM as well as a certified Sports Nutritionist from Precision Nutrition. I have spent 6 years as a Contest Prep, Health and Fitness Coach solely working with athletes and competitors and 7 years as a One on One Trainer working privately with clients as well as an employee for a large well known corporate gym. Overall my experience spans 10+ years in the fitness and health industry.
