- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Adding additional people to a training program is easy to do and without much of an increase. Due to my busy schedule I would require 24 hour cancellation so no session is charged.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to get to know my clients so that I can provide the best possible training. I am big on posture and technique so I also like to do a postural screening which helps me (and you) know potential problems to look for but also how to correct them. Build a strong base first and the rest of the results will come easier!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Biology and a Personal Training Certification.
