- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a military discount, as well as a discount for police, firefighters, and emt workers. Teachers also qualify for specific discounts with Lonestar Exterior.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet with the customer to determine their needs, do an inspection on the property, determine proper course of repairs and always finish with a quality inspection after the repair/job has been completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Elite shingle installer with GAF shingles. Before opening my own company I also did repairs, so I know the ins and outs of roofing systems.
