Equipment: Receive a 30% discount on rental of audio visual equipment. (limited time offer, certain restrictions apply.) Labor: Straight Time: Monday Friday 8:00a.m. 5:00p.m., $40.00 per hour Time &½: Before 8:00a.m. or after 5:00p.m. Monday Friday & Saturdays, $60.00 per hour Double time: After Midnight, Sundays & Holidays, $80.00 per hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

CES understands the key to keeping service at its best is to always be accessible to the clients team (24/7 by cell phone) and to quickly respond to all event-related issues as soon as possible. CES carefully handles all changes made during the planning process, supports all presenter needs and takes care of all issues onsite at the event quickly and seamlessly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ongoing education is key to staying ahead in the event industry. CES is a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and attends leading meeting industry annual conferences to stay on top of the latest the industry has to offer. In addition, CES constantly researches, tests and applies the newest presentation technology available in conference, exhibit and meeting audio visual services.
