Dan made sure he was on site to check on the project from beginning to end. I didn't have to do a thing after I called Dan and his team at 1st Priority Roofing. They worked through the insurance claim and made sure that the insurance company saw all the damage and added that damage to the claim. Once it came down to the picking the color Dan got on the roof with samples to make sure the color was correct. If any of my other homes need a roof I know who I will call.

Dan coordinated work on my roof, deck, and house painting. He was very responsive, answered all of my questions, and took the time to explain the process to me. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing falls under two models. Insurance claims and non-Insurance. With the Insurance model, the Insurance company sets the pricing. I confirm that it is correct and request modification if it not. he non-insurance projects the pricing is custom to each job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1- Inspect the job 2- Create Quote 3- Present the Quote 4- Agree on Terms 5- Order the material 6- Schedule the Job 7- Inspect completed work 8- Close project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained in several areas. I have also attended many Manufacturers training courses covering product placement and installation.
