- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price is firm but always negotiable, I bring a lot of additional services to the table such as an extensive marketing package (photos, brochures, web exposure, etc.), complete home staging for the life of a listing, maid services during the term of the listing, and mail pick-up/caretaking the property if it is vacant. I provide $1,000 to veterans and military at closing, and as always Buyers pay 0.00% commission on all deals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sellers - We start with a real estate consultation to see if we would be a personality fit for one another, then we get into the pricing, market research, market strategy, and overall look of the home before going on market. If the package I have to offer fits your needs, then we get the appropriate contracts signed, and I start scheduling staging, cleanings, design work if floors need to be redone, painters, and any other extraneous contractors to complete work prior to listing. From there, we will get your home SOLD based on the solid research I've provided. Buyers - We will sit down to discuss YOU and everything you want in your new home. It's about finding the right home in the right neighborhood and narrowing down an exhaustive list of potential homes. We discuss the process, contracts, and the finances to bring you up to speed with what you need to know to get started. From there we will see houses, get more in-depth with the contracts, and have an overall fun and educating experience finding your new home together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been licensed since July 2015 and have plenty of experience on the sell-side and the buy-side, and plenty of reviews on my Zillow.com profile. My 5 years in the finance industry have taught me a lot about researching and analyzing stocks. I bring the same research and art into my real estate business. Knowing this is the biggest investment of your life, I want to make sure we preserve your equity and get you the right price for the neighborhood/market you enter into.
