- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing scale varies from client to client based on the type of training they want and how often they want to train. The range is typically from $25-$50 per 30 min. session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing I do is have a conversation with my client about their current fitness level and experience, their health history and what they hope to accomplish by hiring a trainer. We then go over and evaluate their diet. Lastly, I conduct an assessment prior to their first session where I check measurements, assess form, balance, flexibility and agility. I then assess their strength- both upper and lower body- and their endurance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified through PTAG. My background includes: former high school football and soccer coach, club soccer coach, US Navy boot camp and eight years of military physical training, police academy physical training and 22 years of law enforcement physical training, Spartan Race training, and I'm a former college football player. I'm also a former Training Director for Youfit Health Clubs.
