Shanece’s drive has always inspired me. I watched her on social media for a long time and when she got pregnant and continued to lift and lost that baby weight almost instantly I know I had no choice. Shanece had inspired me to be a healthier version of me. She has helped me so much find a value in myself through weight loss that I never saw before. She has pushed me and always encouraged me. A great trainer and a great motivator. Her meal plans are effective and delicious!! And she’s always available to help!

Shanece is Fabulous!!! I have lost 70lbs in 4 months! I would Definitely Recommend Her! She is Awesome! She has a lot of different exorcise programs that you don’t get bored! Plus she is just an Awesome person to hang out with! : )
