Susan has helped us plan a number of trips in the past year and I would never have been able to coordinate all of them without her invaluable assistance. She is knowledgeable about all aspects of travel planning--from air travel to car rentals to hotel and activity recommendations, she truly does it all. She is incredibly organized, prepares a complete itinerary and helps her clients to stay on track, following up to make sure they have no questions and know that she will always be there if there is ever a problem. I did encounter a family emergency that precluded me from making a very complicated trip with my family--and Susan was there for me--helping to cancel (and later reschedule) all aspects of the trip which was not an easy task. She always goes the extra mile to take care of her clients making them feel very secure and supported throughout the travel process. I used to do all my own travel planning online but now I feel so fortunate to have Susan as a resource and know that we will travel more now that we have her in our pocket for help, advice and great recommendations. I could never plan a trip for myself again without her--she is truly the best!

Wonderful. Very detailed. Listens to what we want and finds the perfect location. If there is any problem (like Ryan air canceling flight from Paris to Rome) you only have to email and she will find the best alternative. Even if it is not her problem she is always is willing to go the extra mile for us. Knows the hotels well and if not will research to make sure it is what we want.
