FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing was designed and structured on the medium end of the spectrum. We don't offer many discounts but the pricing is scale-able based on the frequency you train. For instance if you train once a week, your per session rate may be higher than a person who trains twice a week, but you would pay less monthly. To be honest if I could do this for free I probably would, but the truth is most clients wouldn't. I find that you value what you pay for, and if left to our own designs we naturally gravitate toward the path of less resistance or an easier route.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients get treated so much better than old clients...Joking of course. The process is simple really, what we have designed are programs based around your goals, every aspect f your training though will incorporate core conditioning, stabilization and functionality. Without these fundamental things like weight-loss, muscle growth, endurance and flexibility will be hard to attain and maintain.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My background is in football and strength training. I have worked with many athletes in the past both youth and adults, from basketball to football. I have also worked with those who have injuries and chronic conditions such as Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's. I currently hold a national certification in personal training from Fitour. I am an avid workout junkie, who feels that training everyday is a must for me but maybe not for you. And here is my reason why unless your in the fitness industry fitness should be part of your life not your life.
