- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone call with my client to discuss food interest, and go over menu items I specifically put together for their event. If the client wants to move forward with our Catering services I send them an invoice and contract to sign and confirm so I book the date and schedule them in.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2006 I graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. I have 4 years of experience in fine dining, and 3 years experience in Catering.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are currently working on a non-profit organization for families in need, which brings so much joy to be a part of this wonderful event and be able to give back to the community. 'Tis the Season of Giving!
