Wow! Is the perfect word to describe my experience. I had a last minute event and needed a caterer fast! Erick really went out of his way to work with my budget, and time frame and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding! I defenteily reccomend Knifelyfe catering for your event.

Erick & Jessica did an Ah-mazing job on the food for my daughter's baby shower. The presentation was very elegant & was matched by the mouth watering taste of the delectable treats. They were very professional, timely & responsive. They are both so warm & personable that they became fast friends & they felt like part of the family. To our dismay, the former catering company we were working with canceled last minute. Filled with anxiety and frustration, we were able to find Knifelyfe Catering and achieved a sense of calmness I did not know was possible for a parent throwing a kid's birthday party! The party was super hero themed for my little boy, but they truly were the real superheroes. Their business is ran by a married couple and their two children (their adorable son even helped carry supplies), so they knew exactly what my husband and I wanted when we said it was a kid's party. Instead of asking us what type of food we wanted, they only asked for a list of allergies our guests had and they designed the perfect menu consisting of finger foods such as; sliders, wings, pigs in a blanket, and super hero themed cupcakes! (I didn't even ask for the cupcakes because we already got a cake, but they surprised us.) Also, because they are barely starting their company, they offered such a great price for our party of 40. I'm actually happy our former catering company canceled because I got the opportunity to do business with KnifeLyfe Catering. Will definitely continue to do business with them in the future. Thank you guys so much! The food and set up was amazing! *I wish I would have taken more pictures, but I was too busy stuffing my face and chasing my boy around*

Eric and Jessica were amazing! The set up was so cute with small chalk boards, wooden trays, tiered platters, and sun flowers! I loved the real plates and silverware(no paper). The food was amazing! We had bagels, cheeses, frittatas, and yummy fruit. They stayed to help with serving and clean up. Highly recommend these two.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a phone call with my client to discuss food interest, and go over menu items I specifically put together for their event. If the client wants to move forward with our Catering services I send them an invoice and contract to sign and confirm so I book the date and schedule them in.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2006 I graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. I have 4 years of experience in fine dining, and 3 years experience in Catering.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are currently working on a non-profit organization for families in need, which brings so much joy to be a part of this wonderful event and be able to give back to the community. 'Tis the Season of Giving!
