Our back ground is production homes (track and semicustom). We have the back ground and experience to do multiple projects large and small at the same time without affecting schedules. We specialize in 203k (loan based) construction projects and have lenders we work with that can get these kind of loans pushed through when time is of the essense such as limited time due to close of escrow deadlines.

I hired Tailored Homes Inc to replace roofs on 4 properties I own in Sacramento. The project was completed on time and on budget. I am very pleased with the results and service especially since I am out of town investor. Christian went above and beyond even after the project was done to make sure everything is in order. We had an unexpected pest problem and Christian got it taken care off. He is now my go-to contractor in Sacramento.
