- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No matter what instrument you study at ESOM, the price is the same. Registered students pay by the calendar month at a rate of $110. For those 65 and older who register, we offer lessons at $75 per calendar month. Students usually receive four lessons in a month with an occasional fifth lesson at no extra charge. If the student would like to take a "trial" lesson or just needs to brush up on something or would like to take lessons less than once a week, the price per lesson is $37.50 with no obligation to continue past the one lesson. Non-registered students may register at any time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No student is “typical”. We work with each student as an individual with unique needs and interests.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All ESOM teachers hold university degrees in Music. Some hold multiple Music degrees.
