FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 an hour up to 4 students in a group, $50 a student for a 4 class group lesson.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What I propose is to come to your place. I like to see what opportunities for practice are available on a regular basis in your home. I like to design dance games and exercises to help us remember that dance is something we play. I want to hear the music you like and talk about any previous dance stuff you already know, or do, or are learning. My hourly rate for small groups up to 4 is $60 per hr. For larger groups, I set up a class that meets on a regular basis until our main task is accomplished and the cost would be $50.00 person for a 4 class set. That main goal, BTW, should be chosen early but should be/could be something that develops as we learn more. Also, I like to take field trips. We have some great dance places in SD, I know some and I bet you do too. And oh yeah, I work in North San Diego County on the coast but I can be induced to travel farther for gas and mileage costs.
