Introduction: Beach Travel is a family owned and operated travel agency that specializes in cruises, group travel, individual trips and law enforcement/first responder groups. We "pay it back" to the law enforcement/first responder community by donating trips to special events/fundraisers. We have worked in the public safety and education fields for 30+ years, in addition to running a successful travel agency.

Leslie was awesome! I gave her the dates and where I wanted to go and came up with a package for me that was perfect! She was available when ever I had questions or needed to make any changes! Will definitely use her again and refer friends!

Needs to actually initiate calling the Client to advise the status of their pending vacation plans so Client and Travel Agent can then sync up and finalize the plans to one nice vacation, Travel Agent needs to actually follow up on anything, Travel Agent needs to actually help the Client feel valued, needs to tell to said Client words like, "thank you for your business" enstead of Client having to CONSTANTLY email Travel Agent to advise of status of pending vacation plans that which by the way, never got up off the ground due to Travel Agents gross incompetence on the above listed items. Hope Travel Agent can improve their level of Customer Service because right now, it sucks. Nice Personality of Travel Agent, she just appears to not know what she is doing, is way out of her league and can use some much needed coaching on how to service the Guest who was trying to go and enjoy an approx $900/day vacation but its obvious she is clueless on how to deliver a dream vacation to her Client. **SAD**

In response to this review, client was advised when she requested the info for this trip that it was not available until 10-11 months before travel date. Client changed destination from Paris to China and then to Japan during this time. Client was again advised it was too early for quote from airlines/tour operators. Below is confirmation from client that she understood this and was happy to wait for the appropriate time to book the trip:
Leslie - This info is very helpful as I am now out to begin losing weight for this journey to France as it sounds like June-Aug area is when this will pick up and begin to move forward; Ok, I am up for this as you have really made my day.
Clients emails were answered each time with updates. Client told me she worked nights, which is why I did not call (didn't want to interrupt sleep if she worked the night before) and all communication was done via email. I have email trail to prove client was informed of updates as needed.
