Introduction: I run an all women's boot camp class. My boot camp runs out of Van Dyke park and rec. A great workout in the fresh air. In the winter months we go inside the rec center. The workout is never boring or the same. I also provide one-on-one training. I will come to you within 10 miles. I enjoy helping women feel good about themselves and to push them to achieve their goals.

I signed up for bootcamp to get in shape and because gravity is taking its toll with bat wings developing and core being flabby. Jeanette is extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful working individually with you within a group. She does a great job of offering variety of workouts and exercises to get your butt (literally) into shape. Her enthusiasm and encouragement makes you look forward to class. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to add to their fitness routine or starting anew like me. I'm so glad I joined, since now I have more energy, have a toned body and feel stronger.

I originally started this bootcamp as a way of cross training for a long distance swim I was doing. That was two years ago. The workouts Jeanette puts together are never the same and are challenging no matter what your fitness level is. She does a great job of making the class enjoyable while encouraging you to push yourself. I highly recommend this class!

my classes are a set price $169 3 a week for 4 weeks $129 for 2 days a week for 4 weeks Personal training to come to you is $70 an hour or $65 for 10 pack paid in advance
