Introduction: My fitness journey started as a participant in a group setting 5 years ago. I became a group fitness instructor less than a year later and it has change my life. I went on to add 3 Les Mills, TRX, kettle bell as well as NASM certification. I love 1 on 1 training as well as couples and small/large group training. Each is different in the approach, but the end result is the same. Helping others work towards and achieve their fitness goals is rewarding. Everyones goals are different. No matter if the persons goal is, walking 5 miles, gaining muscle, loosing fat%, becoming a better athlete or staying active to be able to be independent, seeing improvement is fulfilling. It is what makes my job awesome!

    I offer a free initial consultation to get a chance to meet before committing. It is very important for a client to be comfortable with the trainer, and the initial meeting gives the opportunity to ask any questions and/or talk about specific goals.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    NASM personal trainer certified ,TRX suspension trainer certified, Les Mills BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK and GRIT certified.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have had a chance to work with the wide variety of customers, from young athletes, former athletes, people that have never worked out in their life to seniors.
