- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is sitting down and talking about what's important to them, why they want to do this, as well as asking how important there goals are. Lastly setting up a plan of action to get the desired results
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working out consistently for 29 years and been training people for over 20 years. Competed at a high level in powerlifting and bodybuilding. I know what it takes to see results. I've learned from the best lifters and strength training experts in the world. I have superior knowledge in weight training, bodyfat loss and nutrition.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been training myself since 14 years of age and it just progressed into me helping others.
