FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we start off with a free phone consultation to see how hypnosis can help you. Once at my office you can relax and discuss your needs in a private, informal environment. Together we review your questionnaire and goals for your session. The nature of hypnosis is explained and questions are encouraged. You should be totally confident and comfortable with all aspects of hypnosis before proceeding. When ready, you will be seated in a very comfortable recliner while you are gently guided into various stages of relaxation. While in this relaxed state, negative thought patterns or habits are changed into positive ones. Fears or phobias can be uncovered and eliminated resulting in a new positive outlook.
