I just want to say that before coming to this gym and meeting Sabrina , I had not worked out in n a very long time and over the years it takes a toll on your body , she made me feel confident and worked with my knee problems to help me get stronger,she is very humble and caring , this gym is more than just a gym all the trainers here make u feel like a friend they motivate you , and have given me the tools to live a healthier life style, I have met new work out buddies to hold me accountable. Sabrina and her team are absolutely AMAZING. They are such positive and caring people it feels like your at home while your at the gym. Run dont walk to new mind new body fitness it will change your life.
