- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am the most affordable, effective, and positive minded trainer in the market :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have a orientation, I want you to feel comfortable with me, and I want to feel comfortable with you. We will go over what you want to accomplish, health concerns/ injuries, frequency of workouts, along with a fitness assessment, and basic workout to see your limitations and strengths. After that point I will make a personalized workout plan based on what you are trying to accomplish. We will gradually work our way into the program. I will push you, but not overwork you. Every week we will see where you stand in your progress and we will curtail the workout plan if need be based on your performance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a fitness instructor in the Navy for my command for three years in which I made workout programs, conducted the yearly mandatory fitness test (PFA), and led group exercises twice a week. I was previously ISSA certified, and now I am working on my ACE certification. I have worked in the gym environment for over three years, and I have had over a hundred clients within the past three years. I have been training individuals since 2008 and working out since seventh grade. I am currently a senior in anthropology, in which further teaches me diversity, and how to help people of other ethic backgrounds get motivated based on their belief systems.
