- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have base prices for each package, but each client has individual needs, so we always create a custom package that makes the most sense for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the very least, we love to hop on a phone call to hear their story and understand their concept for their event. We prefer to grab a coffee with them to hear their story and get to know them in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Owner and eXperience eXpert has a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Studies, as well as ten years in the world of event coordinating.
