Whats POP'N Balloons

What's Pop'N Balloons did amazing work. It was perfect for our daughter's graduation party. They arrived on time and provided decorations exactly as requested. I highly recommend it to anyone needing this for any event.

I do not recommend them to anyone. They are highly unprofessional. Stopped taking calls or replying to texts once the payment was made. Promised to come back and complete the work on the day of the event but did not show up. We had to literally carry on with the celebration with incomplete decorations. It was an embarrassment when our guests kept asking why we hadn’t put up the name of the birthday boy on the backdrop. She kept saying it was an add on/additional request despite it being a part of the invoice and they were paid in full for the service. DO NOT PAY THEM IN ADVANCE BECAUSE THEY WILL DISAPPEAR ON YOU. Why promise something if you can’t deliver. It was really unpleasant to deal with these people. This whole experience caused us a lot stress and anxiety the day of the event.
