Introduction: Get Ready to Be Fit!
Athletic Program – This plan is perfect for the weekend warrior to the professional athlete. This plan’s major focus is on increasing speed, power, and agility. The Athletic Plan is perfect for volleyball, soccer, basketball, football, snowboarding, baseball or any other competitive sports athlete.
Body Sculpting Program – This more advanced plan focuses on training both large and small muscle groups and aims towards polishing aesthetics – specifically small waist, perfect abs and butt, and nice broad back and shoulders. This plan is primarily used by anyone that is already in shape and is looking to take it to the next level.
Accelerated Program – This program can be incorporated into any of the above programs and is perfect for the person that is ready to get in shape yesterday. This program has clients train 5 to 6 times a week with a primary focus on getting results asap!
It is my goal that Max Performance not be considered just a typical get fit quick exercise company. I strive to offer personal training, fitness boot camps, youth fitness programs and more. If you are willing to dedicate yourself to any of my programs long enough, the results you achieve will empower you. My intent is develop your fitness experience and skills to carry forward and develop a close friendship that will last a life time.
