- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It varies depending on your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial phone call will determine the specific needs of the customer or student. For students, a free 30-minute in-person session with me will help determine if we are a good teacher/student fit. For other customers, we can arrange for an in-person meeting as needed. In both situations, if both parties agree to work together I will give an appropriate contract of services to be completed and returned.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
College Conservatory trained cellist, learned to play cello with the Suzuki method as a child and currently a member of the Suzuki Association of the Americas.
