- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free consultation to discuss the business's products / service, budget, and marketing needs. If I feel that my services are a good fit, I'd then suggest a customized package that would best meet their social media marketing needs and budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Bachelor's degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Pepperdine University, I have a social media marketing certification from Hootsuite Media, Inc., and am actively working towards attaining the Digital Marketing Specialist certification from Simplilearn. I've also had agency experience managing integrated marketing campaigns for accounts in numerous industries as diverse as healthcare, retail, and entertainment, as well as in-house social media marketing experience in fashion and sports entertainment.
