I work with all ages and physical abilities to design a custom program that fits your goals, schedule, and finances. The most rewarding thing for me as a trainer is getting phone calls or texts from clients saying they can finally fit into that dress or suit that they haven't been able to wear in a while or he or she has achieved their goal weight loss. For me to be successful my clients have to be successful. Your goals are my goals and I will do everything I can to help you achieve success.

Richard knows what he is doing as a powerlifting coach. I highly recommend him. I trained under him for my first two meets and will start with him again for my 3rd. He has a defined program that works. His program gets you strong, pushes you out of your comfort zone and makes you feel ready at meet time.

Rich is an amazing coach. He pushes you to limits that you didn't know you could reach. It is great to know that he listens to your needs and makes your work yours it's not a one size fit all training.

Richard Locklin is a fantastic powerlifting trainer and strength coach. I have been lifting weights for years, but have not ever corrected my form like I have with him to be able to lift heavier weights with greater ease. He has pushed me to levels I didn't know I was capable of!
