- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is realistic; It’s based on 30min sessions. It is rare that people want to workout for an hour due to busy schedules or they can’t due to being out of shape. We also offer Semi-Personal Training/Small Groups so you can train at rates of less than $25/session for 3 times/week!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is always a full body evaluation. We will pinpoint your weaknesses & begin to strengthen them. This decreases the possibility of future injuries as you progress & allows you to continue consistent training so you can achieve your goal(s)!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CPR/AED Certified (All Trainers) Certified by the American Council of Exercise (Trainer Kimber J.) Certified by the American Sports & Fitness Association (Trainer CJ Savage) Certified by the American Council of Sports Medicine (Trainer Raven C.)
