- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when our crew arrives onsite the crew lead introduces the entire crew, establishes a level of comfort with the client, explains the process before starting the work, and notifies the client upon completion of services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my movers go through a 90 day training period with me directly, prior to working independently with a crew lead or team - ALL of my movers currently have 3 years or more prior professional moving and delivery experience
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had a passion for it early on - I like to help and moving is one way that I can. Moving can be very stressful and if my team and I are able to assist to alleviate some of the stresses caused in moving please allow us to be of service.
