- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For in-person sessions, we will conduct a 10-15 minute consultation together, to determine your current level of fitness and goals (plus any injuries or issues), then start off with a gentle run to establish your current "conversation pace" and aerobic fitness (important in order to create a training plan). We will then look at form and go over key stretching techniques and the various types of workouts that feature in my plans. From then I can prepare a plan that will suit your needs and goals. Follow-up sessions are recommended to help you stay on track.

Having been asked by many friends to help them train over the last 6-7 years, I finally decided to take a professional certification in coaching - and I love it!
