- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to always get the most out of the meetings with our customers. Our #1 goal is to get the feel for the client's likes, dislikes and style, matching that to their stationery. Completely custom and unique to them! We have a one on one contact every step of the way, from color matching, to proofs, to samples. Having you as involved in the design process as possible so that what you send to your guest is as much yours as it is ours as designers.
