- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am also a part-time health & fitness Smspecialist. Working in this field motivated me to find another way to change lives. Exercise alone, won't change mental patterns of behvior. After wroking with a Hypnosis for struggles I was personally having, I found it was the best modality for mental change.
