- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every client is different and the fitness programs I create for them are different based on their level of fitness. I train "from the inside out", meaning I bring the client into better alignment, working on form, technique and on the muscles which stabilize the core including hips and shoulders. I also train "from the bottom up", creating a stable base with good strength. Much like building a house, everything begins with a solid foundation. These methods help my clients achieve their personal fitness goals more quickly, efficiently, and most important...safely!

I work with all levels of fitness and wellness. My specialties include: One on One individualized training, Doubles sessions (you and a friend), Weight Loss; Strength Building; TRX/Suspension Training; Core Training; Cardio Endurance; Outdoor Training; Pre/Post Natal; Chemo/Post Chemo patients; Shoulder issue's; Hip replacement; Knee replacement; Spinal issue's; Autoimmune illnesses; Post Rehab for increased range of motion; and Flexibility training for increased joint health and relief from aches and pains.
