From meditation classes, to mindfulness work, to EFT Sessions, to home blessing, to sacred shamanic ceremony, and rituals, Rashida Alisha's consciousness education and energy work has transformed my life. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my master level Shamballa Reiki training in 2001 in Boston from master teacher Angela Simms. I received my Advanced Practitioner training for Emotional Freedom Technique in 2011 in Italy from Sonya Sophia. I have been conducting ongoing classes on consciousness education and using meditative tools since 2012 at spaces including Planet Funk, Sanctuary Spa, Natural Living, and private residences.
