My wedding was amazing thanks to Kelly! I hired her as my month of coordinator, and she handled every detail, and she made me feel so comfortable with letting her steer the ship! The donut display was incredible, the set up was beautiful, and I didn't have to worry about a thing :) She totally handled it all, and kept every thing on time. Thank you so much again Kelly, I am so thankful I found you, and I highly recommend her as a weddings coordinator to anyone!

Kelly day-of coordinate our eclectic Joshua Tree wedding weekend. We had around 150 guest and she was amazing at coordinating not only wedding vendors, but also working with the guests who volunteered to help. I'm astounded at her professionalism and ability to keep cool. A great wedding coordinator not only know the nuts and bolts, but also knows how to navigate and ease the way on the emotional front. Kelly did an amazing job with both. We met with Kelly a few times before the day, and she was great at asking the right questions and ensuring that we were on the right path. Highly recommend! Kelly and her team did an awesome job on our wedding! She is very creative and responsive! Her attention to detail is unmatched. Everyone was punctual, communicative, and positive! Kelly was outstanding as the day of coordinator for my wedding a few weeks ago. It's silly to even call her "day of" because she was helpful to me throughout the whole process. She is super responsive, kind, and on top of everything. I'm a crazy type-a person, and I work in events for a living, so I thought letting someone else be in charge that day was going to be hard for me, and yet it was easy because I knew that Kelly was so on top of things. She made sure everything was amazing and impressed my whole family and wedding party with how organized she was and how good her attitude was. She is also really calm and communicated in a way that didn't cause a panic, even if there was a snag in one of our plans.

I feel so incredibly lucky that I found Kelly through Thumbtack! From the beginning, she was easy to communicate with, responsive with emails and texts, and made my big day so much easier for me.
