I’ve worked with many personal trainers but Lajae is definitely the G.O.A.T. (Greatest of all time). He takes you past the point of wanting to give up and actually taking you to the next level not just physically but mentally to achieve and supersed the goal that was set. He gave 100% of himself from beginning to end and even after my contract was up, he still checked on me to make sure I was good. With his invaluable teachings I’m able to continue my journey on becoming a healthier me!

It’s the real deal!! Not some phony trainers that only have book knowledge. He knows from experience most of all and practices what he preaches. He also has a genuine passion to help people lose weight, and get our bodies how we want them to look!👍🏽💪🏽

LaJae Jacobs is the real deal when it comes to finding a personal trainer who is qualified and knowledgeable about what he does AND the value of the price you pay for your service. He is attentive to what each client needs, he finds ways to take your body to the next level, and he won't let you give up. No workout is the exact same and I'm where I am today in terms of my muscle strength and body shape because of working out with him for over a year!
